Where is my order?

If you haven’t received your order yet:
You can view your current order status on the track your order page. Visit the page and enter your email ID and order number.
If you still have concerns, contact us through the support form here, and we’ll help you locate your package.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can only be canceled or modified before they are shipped. Once your order has been shipped, cancellations or modifications are not possible. Please reach out to us immediately through the support form, via WhatsApp, or email.

I received a damaged or defective product. What should I do?

We’re sorry for the inconvenience! Please:
Contact us through the support form, and we will get back to you via WhatsApp or email. Then, please share an unboxing video to claim the issue.
We’ll resolve the problem by offering a replacement, refund, or store credit.

My money was debited from my account, but the transaction was unsuccessful on your store.

If your money was debited but the transaction was unsuccessful, please don’t worry. The amount will be credited back to your account within 2–5 business days. If it isn’t credited after 5 business days, please contact us, and we’ll help you resolve the issue.

I didn’t receive my confirmation email. What should I do?

If you haven’t received your order confirmation email:

Check your spam or junk folder.
Ensure the email address you entered is correct.
If you still can’t find it, contact us.

Do you offer replacements for lost packages?

If your package is lost or stolen:

Verify the delivery address on your order.
Check with your local courier service or neighbors.
Contact us with your order details, and we’ll work with you to find a solution.
