At Obeepo.in, we strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website. However, occasional discrepancies may occur. If we are unable to fulfill all items in your order due to stock unavailability, we will proceed to fulfill the available products and promptly contact you. You will have the option to await restocking of the backordered item or receive a refund for the unavailable item.
We currently ship orders within India only.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in your order. Payment for shipping will be collected along with your purchase.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification with a tracking link to monitor your order’s progress.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. Once an order is placed, customers are directed to a thank-you page where they can review their shipping details. Additionally, customers receive an order confirmation email with the entered shipping address. If an address change is needed, please contact us promptly to make adjustments before dispatch.
To ensure COD orders are genuine, we require mobile number verification. Upon placing a COD order, customers will receive an SMS and a WhatsApp message to verify their order details. If the order is not verified within 48 hours, or if the mobile number is unreachable, an email is sent to update the contact details. Unverified orders will be canceled automatically.
Customers can modify or add items to their order before it has been shipped. Once the order is shipped, no further changes can be made.

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unreachable contact, or customer refusal, the following applies:

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you an email with a tracking link. You can use this link to check your order’s status in real-time.
If your tracking link hasn’t updated for more than 4 days, please contact us or the shipping partner for assistance. We’ll help resolve any delays and keep you informed.
If you’re not available during delivery, the courier will usually attempt redelivery. If they’re unable to reach you after multiple attempts, the order will be returned to us.
Delivery depends on the courier partner’s schedule. While most couriers deliver on weekends & public holidays.
