  • Opened or used products (unless defective) are non-returnable.

• Return Process:

  2. Approved requests will include instructions for return.
  3. Return shipping costs will be communicated during the process.

• Refunds:

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after inspection.
  • Refunds exclude applicable shipping/handling fees and are issued via the original payment method.

• Process:

  2. Approved cases may require the original product to be returned. Instructions will be provided.
  3. Replacement will be dispatched within 3-5 business days, subject to availability.

• Out of Stock:

  • If the product is unavailable, an alternative product or store credit will be offered.

• Shipping Costs:

  • For eligible replacements, we cover return and replacement shipping.

• Lost Items:

  • Contact us if an item is lost in transit. Choose between a refund or replacement after verification.
