  • Custom-made, perishable, digital products, and sale items.
  • Opened or used products (unless defective) are non-returnable.

• Return Process:

  1. Fill out the return form or contact support with your order details, issue, and proof (photo/video).
  2. Approved requests will include instructions for return.
  3. Return shipping costs will be communicated during the process.

• Refunds:

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after inspection.
  • Refunds exclude applicable shipping/handling fees and are issued via the original payment method.

Replacement Policy

• Eligibility:

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items qualify for replacement.
  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo/video evidence.

• Process:

  1. Report the issue via the Support page with order details and evidence.
  2. Approved cases may require the original product to be returned. Instructions will be provided.
  3. Replacement will be dispatched within 3-5 business days, subject to availability.

• Out of Stock:

  • If the product is unavailable, an alternative product or store credit will be offered.

• Shipping Costs:

  • For eligible replacements, we cover return and replacement shipping.

• Lost Items:

  • Contact us if an item is lost in transit. Choose between a refund or replacement after verification.
